International recognition 'One to Watch' obtained at World Responsible Tourism 2022 in the Access for the Differently-Abled: as Travellers, Employees and Holidaymakers category:
'InOut Hostel is a Special Hospitality and Catering Center opened in 2005 by Icària Iniciatives Socials, a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and social and work integration of young people and adults with different abilities. 90% of the workforce has different capacities, all working full-time and with an indefinite contract, and there is gender equality. The judges were interested in seeing this initiative and hope to see one more application on the group as a whole and its expansion.'
