INOUT Hostel belongs to Icaria Social Initiatives, a non-profit organization whose mission is the social and employment inclusion of people with disabilities, who form the workforce of professionals who work there.
90% of the workforce is made up of people with disabilities.The workers of INOUT Hostel as well as the other workers own 51% of the company.
Working Conditions
100% of the workforce has an indefinite contract and the ratio of men and women is equal. There is a woman in the general management.
Health
We seek the health of workers and customers through healthy diets and promoting sport.
