Main course	Veal stew with potatoes flavored with thyme and rosemary. Stuffed squid in its own ink with wild rice. Cod baked with garlic mousse on a bed of tomato sauce with garlic and creamed spinach. Vivet nest with three flavors and three sauces Knuckle of lamb roasted with vegetables and chips.
